Belle Haven Homes officially hit the ground running in 2025. Though we are a new company, we are no strangers to providing memorable customer service and a BEAUTIFUL, SAFE, HOME. From custom homes in any style, to rent houses, spec homes, and barndominiums, we can fulfill your new build needs. At Belle Haven Homes, we aim to provide an honest and transparent home building experience. Building a home is the largest investment in most people’s lives, and we want to make sure we are the right fit for you. As much as we would like to build every home in the hill country, we realize that it’s impossible, and personalities, styles, timelines, and budgets don't always match. If we end up being the builder for you, we want to build your home with integrity and a smile, and we want you to be proud of how you were treated while we did it.
Our Team
Kyler and Amanda Payne, are the proud owners of Belle Haven Homes. Kyler has been involved in several aspects of home building for the last 15 years, from building supply, tract homes, and custom homes, he carries a wide array of knowledge in the industry. Amanda has a background in coordinating home health care, and low voltage sales. She is a now a stay at home Mom and Belle Haven Homes book keeper.
